Tourism & Park Interpretation

Accommodation
Tadoba camps has been closed from 1st April 2008 for tourists.  One Forest Rest House with 4 suites is available at Kolsa. A Tourism complex at Moharli just on the boundary of the Protected Area has been completed by Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation and there are 15 suites available for the tourists.  A tent camp of 3 tents with capacity of 10 persons each with a faculty house having two rooms is available at Moharli gate.  A dormitory is also coming up at Moharli and Kolara.

Interpretation Facilities:
An interpretation centre is situated at Moharli. A 16-mm film projector, an LCD projector and a slide projector are available for different interpretation programmes at Moharli and Kolsa.  A Nature Trail for enjoyment of real nature is there at Moharli and Kolsa.

Transport
For jungle safari to Tadoba, Moharli & Kolsa Zone, private Gypsies are available on hire basis at Moharli Gate which is entry gate of T.A.T.R. Also private vehicles can be booked from Chandrapur city on rent basis.

Canteen
Canteen is available for tourists at Kolsa and Moharli.
